You will design shift patterns that align with forecasted demand, ensuring adequate coverage at all times, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to capacity planning, such as occupancy rates, service levels, and productivity, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align capacity plans with business objectives.

  • Analyze historical data, trends, and seasonality to predict future workload demands
  • Use statistical methods and forecasting tools to create accurate demand forecasts
  • Determine the number of employees required to meet forecasted demand
  • Design shift patterns that align with forecasted demand, ensuring adequate coverage at all times
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in business-related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in workforce management, with expertise in data analytics and forecasting
  • Excellent research and investigative techniques, as well as strong business intelligence/reporting skills
  • Action planning and analytical skills, with ability to interpret raw data into substantial reports
