Job Overview:

The Digital Growth Specialist is a remote position within our Marketing team. In this role, with a focus on paid acquisition channels, the ideal candidate will be well-versed in the paid media landscape, having had recent hands-on experience managing, optimising, and reporting on campaigns.

  • Purchasing ads for our app through Facebook / Google / Tik Tok and other paid channels
  • Analysing targeted users and improving overall ROI
  • Developing ads content plans based on data analysis and user portraits for overseas users
  • Contributing towards formulating and independently executing proper digital growth strategies
  • Keeping track of latest industry trends and competitors
  • Onboarding influencers and managing an influencer network to drive online growth
  • Developing and managing a B2B partnership network to drive online growth
  • Managing Public Relations for us to drive growth among the South East Asian diaspora with multiple stakeholders
  • Conducting market research to identify current and potential customer needs and trends

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • In-depth understanding of all aspects of ads content development, testing, and optimisation
  • In-depth understanding of Facebook / Google / Tik Tok / Youtube and other paid ads channels
  • 2-4 years' experience in a performance marketing role for international platforms such as google, facebook and tik tok
  • Excellent speaking, writing and people management skills;
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing business and regulatory environment
