Job Description">

The Transaction Coordinator is responsible for assisting experienced Escrow Officers and Attorneys with the processing of real estate closings in markets as assigned. This role involves front-line communication with all parties of the transaction, addressing questions and concerns quickly and professionally, and reviewing search packages to pull curative documents for file.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in processing/assisting on residential purchase and refinance closings (title insurance/escrow), and be able to manage and organize competing demands and a diverse workload. They will also have excellent customer service skills and be motivated by achievements and collaborative work environments.
