Lead Game Designer Job Description">

As a Lead Game Designer, you will play a key role in creating engaging and immersive gaming experiences. You will be responsible for designing and developing game levels, collaborating with the design team to create new content, and working closely with other teams to ensure project success.

Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled and experienced Level Designer who has a strong understanding of f2p/casual level design. They must have a proven track record of shipping successful games and have experience working on casual FTP games.

  • Design and develop game levels that are engaging and challenging for players
  • Collaborate with the design team to create new content and iterate on existing ideas
  • Work closely with other teams to ensure project success, including level designers, artists, and producers
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1+ year as a Level Designer or similar role on casual, puzzle or f2p games
  • Experience in Unity 3D is a must
  • Experience in developing games across all platforms — this includes mobile, console and PC
  • Extensive understanding of f2p/casual level design
  • Detailed-oriented, organized and able to work well both independently and collaboratively
