Key Responsibilities:- Contract 40 hours per week on assigned tasks.
- Conduct timely insurance verifications.
- Run prescription history reports through the prescription monitoring platform.
- Enter client personal health information and other clinical data.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Lead Care Navigator.
- Superb communication skills.
