Job Summary:

The Marketing Coordinator is a key role in our organization responsible for supporting marketing initiatives, event coordination, and lead generation activities.

This position requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong collaboration skills to ensure successful campaigns, streamlined workflows, and impactful brand representation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in marketing, events, or communications and possess strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, edit, and manage external communications including email campaigns, newsletters, invitations, and promotional content.
  • Write and refine copy for marketing materials, social posts, and presentations with consistent messaging and tone.
  • Collaborate with leadership to ensure all messaging aligns with company goals.
  • Assist in developing marketing assets such as brochures, flyers, presentations, videos, and event signage.
  • Evaluate data from campaigns and events, prepare post-event and campaign reports, and track KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, events, or communications.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Literature, or related field is welcomed.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Microsoft Office Suite, Notion, and Apollo.
