Product and Catalog Leadership

We are seeking a skilled Product and Catalog Manager to oversee the entire lifecycle of our products, from sourcing and technical setup through launch, documentation, inventory forecasting, and restocking.

This is a hands-on role that requires collaboration across teams, working with manufacturers, launching new products, and ensuring we're always prepared to meet customer demand.

  • Develop and maintain product strategy, supplier management, technical support, and purchasing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage accuracy and documentation across our product listings, monitor performance, returns, and customer feedback.
  • Identify gaps and lead the addition of new products, working directly with suppliers to source OEM or private label items, and collaborating with the team to market and launch them.
  • Forecast demand and ensure inventory levels meet business needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in product management, technical sales, engineering, or catalog operations.
  • Familiarity with flow control, automation, or mechanical components.
  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings, BOMs, and spec sheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven, with a passion for owning outcomes and driving business growth.
