Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reports Coordinator to join our team at JBC FOOD CORP. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Data Encoding: You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently encoding all data that needs organizing and recording.
  2. Report Generation: Assist in creating daily, monthly, and annual reports such as attendance, stock balance, stock transfer, and productivity reports.
  3. Error Detection and Correction: Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to supervisors for further action.
  4. Document Storage: Store completed documents in appropriate locations and maintain data reports.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a vocational course is required.
  • Relevant experience of 6 months to 1 year is an advantage.
  • You should be computer-excellent and proficient in using relevant software.
  • You must be between the ages of 25-45.
  • This position is open to male candidates only.
