Job Description

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Encoder Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for encoding data accurately and efficiently, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Encode data from various sources into our database system.
  • Verify and correct data entry errors to maintain data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to resolve any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to company standards and best practices.
  • Assist in maintaining data security and confidentiality.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have at least a vocational course in a relevant field and possess excellent computer skills. Additionally, previous experience in data management is an advantage, but not required.

The ideal candidate should be between 25-45 years old and have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Salary: $15,000 - $20,000 per year, depending on experience.
