Role Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual to take ownership of our product portfolio, driving success through branding, marketing, financial health, customer service, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse Product Data: Review ASIN-level data to diagnose issues and develop strategies for growth.
  • Manage Listings: Oversee product listings on Amazon, monitoring key metrics and trends.
  • Develop Growth Strategies: Implement sales-enhancing and cost-reducing initiatives, including price optimisation and PPC campaigns.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports, maintaining accurate P&Ls for your product portfolio.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Stay ahead of potential issues by understanding the broader ecosystem.
  • Business Transition Management: Lead integration efforts when acquiring new product lines.
  • Legal and Compliance Coordination: Address intellectual property issues and unauthorised sellers.
  • Customer Experience: Collaborate with the Customer Experience Manager to deliver outstanding customer support.
  • Launch and Expansion: Partner with internal teams to develop go-to-market strategies and facilitate international expansion.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with necessary certifications.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or analytics in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, exceptional communication skills, and organisational abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritise tasks, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Creative problem-solver with a knack for engaging content and innovative ideas.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
