About the RoleThis position requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive architectural decisions, optimize existing systems, and lead delivery of scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. You will work across multiple disciplines to design, build, and optimize front-end, back-end, infrastructure, and deployment.Key Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the technical architecture for AI agent platforms.
  • Mentor and guide a small team of engineers in technical decision-making.
  • Collaborate with founders, product, and engineering teams to align architecture with business goals.
Hands-On Development
  • Design, build, and optimize scalable front-end and back-end systems using Next.js, Node.js, JSON, and Axios APIs.
  • Implement automation workflows using N8N and integrate vector stores/databases.
Infrastructure & Deployment
  • Manage and optimize deployments using Docker, Docker Compose, and hypervisors.
  • Oversee Linux-based development environments, including scripting, automation, and performance optimization.
  • Implement and maintain secure local and remote deployments.
Security & Networking
  • Architect and secure local networks and deployment environments.
  • Contribute to enterprise-grade security discussions as the company scales to larger customers.
  • Work across multiple projects balancing optimization of existing systems with rollout of new features.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven expertise in AI automation and workflow orchestration.
  • Advanced experience with Next.js, Node.js, JSON, and Axios API.
  • Strong infrastructure background with Docker/Docker Compose, Linux-based development.
  • Hands-on experience with local networks, system security, and architecture design.
  • Experience managing remote deployments and instances.
  • Extensive experience with Git versioning and modern project management practices.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Enterprise-grade security architecture experience.
  • Familiarity with large language models and AI agent frameworks.
