We're seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in the effective execution of project tasks.

This highly visible position requires strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to track project schedules, action items, and reporting deadlines. The successful candidate will also assist in planning meetings, documenting discussions, and following up on action items to ensure progress remains on track.

In this nationwide project, you'll be required to travel and take on assignments at various project sites across the country. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting in complex environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
