About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Product Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of product listings on various marketplaces.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Management:
    • Monitor and manage listings to ensure listing health issues are surfaced and addressed effectively.
    • Work with our cross-functional teams to optimize listings and pricing.
    • Troubleshoot issues encountered when publishing creative content and communicate effectively among involved parties.
  • Catalog Management:
    • Oversee the management of the product catalog on these marketplaces.
    • Work with our Channel Manager to update product attributes, categories, and create variations.
    • Ensure all product information is accurate and current, with correct categorization for optimal search and browsing.
  • Listing Troubleshooting:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize listings and pricing.
    • Handle listing issues, including suppressed listings and content errors.
    • Ensure compliance with policies and guidelines, optimizing for visibility and mitigating risks.
  • Project Management:
    • Use project management tools to prioritize tasks and update progress.
  • Account Audit:
    • Perform regular audits to ensure listings are active and accurate, monitor account health, and resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Amazon, Target, or Target+
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management tools is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
