Senior Interior Designer & 3D Visualiser Job

RemoteVA PH is a remote company that offers the opportunity to work from anywhere.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer & 3D Visualiser to lead our design concepts for luxury interiors, including full-home renovations, HMO conversions, and new builds.

  • The successful candidate will produce high-end 3D renders and walkthroughs using SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and V-Ray.
  • They will create detailed mood boards, finish schedules, and color palettes.
  • Collaboration with the Director and site team is essential to ensure on-budget, buildable designs.
  • The role also involves attending occasional client meetings and site visits, either virtually or in person.
  • Assisting in preparing high-impact presentations that wow clients is also a key part of the job.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead design concepts for luxury interiors, including full-home renovations, HMO conversions, and new builds.
  • Produce high-end 3D renders and walkthroughs using SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and V-Ray.
  • Create detailed mood boards, finish schedules, and color palettes.
  • Collaborate directly with the Director and site team to ensure on-budget, buildable designs.
  • Attend occasional client meetings and site visits, either virtually or in person.
  • Assist in preparing high-impact presentations that wow clients.
Requirements:
  • A proven background in interior design with a strong 3D visualization portfolio is essential.
  • Mastery of SketchUp (essential), plus V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape is required.
  • Possession of passion for luxury finishes, spatial planning, lighting, and architectural flow is a must.
  • Strong project ownership, time management, and attention to detail are necessary.
  • A working knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines is vital.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with London homes, HMOs, or high-end refurbishments would be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with Revit, Twinmotion, or Canva would be beneficial.
  • Architectural/technical drawing ability would be desirable.
  • UK construction or materials knowledge would be advantageous.

  • 3D Design & Rendering: SketchUp, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, Twinmotion (bonus).
  • Technical Drawings: AutoCAD, Revit (bonus).
  • Design & Presentation: Photoshop, InDesign, Canva (bonus).
  • Project Management: Google Sheets, Excel, Monday.com.
