Technical Drafting Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our dynamic team of designers. As a Drafter, you will play a crucial role in supporting project development by transforming initial sketches into high-quality technical drawings.

About the Job

This full-time position involves creating detailed drawings from hand-sketches provided by designers, refining CAD files for client presentation, and editing schematic drawings based on feedback.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create precise technical drawings from basic to advanced complexity
  • Format CAD drawings according to company standards
  • Edit CAD files based on markup feedback
  • Develop detailed design documentation, including dimensions, door & window sizes, electrical plans, and more
  • Revise floor plans and layouts in response to redline markups
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Drafter or in a similar architectural/technical drawing role
  • Strong command of AutoCAD and familiarity with PDF markups
  • Ability to interpret hand-drawn sketches and translate them into precise CAD files
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
