Job Description
Lexie Staffing and Business Consulting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Customer Service team. As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Salary Package
The selected candidate will receive a competitive salary package, including 18k basic pay and 1k flex fund allowance. They will also be entitled to a 20% night differential and HMO coverage for themselves and their dependents upon certification. Life and Accident Insurance, as well as annual increases based on performance, are also part of the benefits package.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will also work closely with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as you will be required to think critically and come up with effective solutions to complex problems.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A college graduate with or without experience is preferred, but not required. Prior experience in BPO or customer service is advantageous, but not necessary. What is essential is your ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing situations. Basic knowledge of MS Office is also required.
