Responsibilities:

• Entertain potential sales inquiries through phone calls, showcasing your exceptional customer service skills and building strong relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with the Sales Engineer/Executive to determine accurate pricing for sales orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Department Head to schedule deliveries and meet customer needs, demonstrating your ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain an updated database of contacts, customers, and prospects, utilizing your organizational skills to streamline our reference and mailing processes.
• Provide critical support to reach sales targets by efficiently monitoring and inputting sales and distribution orders, showcasing your analytical skills and attention to detail.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year College course, demonstrating a solid educational foundation.
• Possesses a minimum of 1 year of work experience in a related field, showcasing their ability to apply theoretical knowledge in practical settings.
• Is keen to details, with a focus on accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
• Is willing to work in Bagbaguin, Caloocan City, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in their work arrangements.
