Job Overview

This role involves conducting thorough audits of current and prospective clients' marketing strategies, crafting comprehensive integrated marketing plans across multiple channels with a strong emphasis on social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and Google Ads (SEM, GDN, YouTube).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit the quality and efficiency of marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with specialists to develop impactful marketing strategies.
  • Determine budget allocations by channel, medium, objective, and funnel stage.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure alignment with the overarching business plan.
  • Conduct research and analysis of prospective clients, industries, competitors, ideal customer profiles, and sentiment.
  • Forecast and test projections to align with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in cross-channel marketing program management.
  • Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels.
  • Experience working with large sets of campaigns and/or clients.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms.
  • Familiarity with earned media channels.
  • Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index.
  • Familiarity with Asana and Slack.
