We are seeking an experienced HRIS Implementation Specialist to join our team for a 1-year project at Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd. The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate the transition from our old HRIS system to AdrenalinMax.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Migration: Lead the migration of HR data from the old system to AdrenalinMax, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  2. System Configuration: Collaborate with IT and HR teams to configure AdrenalinMax according to business requirements.
  3. User Training: Develop and conduct training sessions for HR staff and end users on how to effectively use AdrenalinMax.
  4. Change Management: Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of the new system by all stakeholders.
  5. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support to users, addressing system issues and resolving queries in a timely manner.
  6. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and system procedures.
  7. Data Analysis: Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making during the transition process.
  8. Project Coordination: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and progress of the transition project.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HRIS administration or related field.
  • Familiarity with various HRIS systems; experience with AdrenalinMax is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to start immediately and willing to work in Muntinlupa City.
  • Fresh Psychology graduates with a keen interest in HR technology are encouraged to apply.
