About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in HRIS management, who can administer and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality across employee records.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, including proficiency in HRIS systems, databases, and software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are required to track and report trends in employee relations and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize the functionality of the HRIS and integrate with other systems.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR data.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees on how to use HRIS effectively.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in HRIS management or a related field.
  • Possess a deep understanding of HR principles, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in HRIS systems, databases, and software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
  • A strong passion for promoting positive employee relations and a productive work environment.
