Job Description

This role is responsible for driving sales growth and expansion of our microfinance business. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and relationship management, with experience in managing sales channels, developing and executing marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with agents and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Performance: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales channel management and execution of marketing campaigns.
  2. Agent Management: Manage a team of agents, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure they meet sales targets.
  3. Maket Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, informing sales and marketing strategies.
  4. Campaign Evaluation: Analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  5. Process Enhancement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize sales channel performance and operational efficiency.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns and drive sales growth.
