About Us

Atlantis Consulting is a leading consulting firm that provides strategic solutions to the financial industry. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Bancassurance initiatives and drive sales across multiple channels.

**Responsibilities**
  • Develop and Execute Bancassurance Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive sales and increase market penetration across diverse customer segments.
  • Alternative Distribution Channels: Develop and optimize alternative distribution channels, including corporate partnerships, digital platforms, and affinity sales networks.
  • Liaison Role: Act as the primary liaison between banks, insurance providers, and distribution teams to align objectives and ensure seamless execution.
  • Product Development: Oversee lead generation, sales execution, and product development for both Life and Non-Life insurance products.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in Insurance specifically Bancassurance, with expertise in both Life and Non-Life insurance sales and alternative distribution.
  • 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with a track record of coaching teams and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proven success in developing and managing alternative Bancassurance channels, including corporate, digital, and affinity sales models.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders across banking and insurance sectors.
