About the Role

This senior role involves overseeing multiple cybersecurity projects and ensuring timely completion while adhering to established standards. We are seeking a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and extensive experience in cybersecurity compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate various cybersecurity compliance projects, ensuring adherence to standards and timely completion.
  • Lead and develop a team of managers and analysts, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity-focused compliance policies and procedures.
  • Analyze and interpret cybersecurity regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity compliance, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, HiTRUST, NIST 800-171/CMMC frameworks.
  • Strong strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working directly with US clients.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
