This role is part of ALEPH TALENT SOLUTIONS CORPORATION's efforts to strengthen its supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for procuring materials, supplies, and services required for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project timelines and objectives.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable agreements for the company.
  • Create and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of necessary materials while minimizing excess stock.
  • Track and report on procurement expenditures to ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Ensure that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  • Comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
