Job Title: Impex Associate

About the Company: J-K Network Services is a leading trading and logistics company in Asia, with a wide range of products and materials such as chemicals, electronic materials, electronic components, textile, and synthetic resin.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Impex Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and developing background information and presentation materials, preparing abstract briefs and presentations, and managing sales fulfillment processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and develop background information and presentation materials to guide participating merchants in a group.
  2. Prepare abstract briefs and presentations to facilitate guide sales and product features or functionality.
  3. Establish sales fulfillment processes to recommend how to enhance larger and more considerable operations.
  4. Coordinate, monitor, and manage all incoming sales leads to assure effectual and precise summary of business.
  5. Manage and supervise post-sale follow-up and gather post-sale feedback from customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree of any course.
  • At least 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Trading industries.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Preferably with experience in processing with government agencies such as DENR, PDEA, PNP, DTI, BOC, and PEZA.
  • Knowledgeable in ISO/QS is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge in managing and handling chemicals is an advantage.
