Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Develop a project plan with clear timelines and milestones
  • Coordinate with various teams, including IT, Site Facilities, and Finance
  • Work with approved IT Asset Disposal vendors to ensure compliance with data security and recycling standards
  • Manage the secure destruction of IT assets and maintain records of certificates of destruction and compliance
  • Track disposal progress and resolve any issues that arise
  • Provide regular updates on project status to stakeholders and submit final reports

Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience as a Project Manager, experience with IT asset inventory management, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
