At Maximum Solutions Corporation, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Aide to join our team. As a Laboratory Aide, you will play a crucial role in supporting our research and development activities in the laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and record incoming samples, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
  • Safekeep, scan, and store documents received from incoming samples, maintaining a secure and organized environment.
  • Receive various material deliveries, excluding supplier samples, such as equipment, furniture, utensils, raw materials, and packaging materials.
  • Prepare and record samples requested by commercial teams for outgoing samples.
  • Prepare samples for SPF tests, adhering to established protocols.
  • Check and record stability tests, ensuring accurate results.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Ensure sufficient stocks of PPE, cleaning, and sanitizing supplies are available.
  • Assist the Application Technologist during laboratory batch trials, providing support and expertise.
  • Help the Application Technologist in preparing equipment, tools, glassware, and raw materials used in prototyping.
  • Wash and sanitize equipment, tools, and glassware after prototyping, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Properly store all raw materials used for prototypes, adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Assist the Application Technologist in sensory evaluation of prototypes, providing expert feedback.
  • Assist commercial and Application Technologist teams in preparations for seminars and innovation drives.
  • Help with any requests from the Application Technologist and commercial team, providing support and expertise.
  • Maintain calibration and maintenance records of all lab equipment, alerting the Application Technologist for scheduling of calibration and preventive maintenance.
  • Assist in filling out technical documents required by customers, such as questionnaires, technical data sheets, non-GMO certifications, allergen declarations, safety data sheets, etc.
Requirements:
  • BS Chemical Technology, BS Food Technology, BS Chemistry, or BS Chemical Engineering degree.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • No food allergies (gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, soy, seafood, nuts).
  • No skin conditions or allergies.
  • Residing in the Laguna Area or Alabang.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office.
  • Willingness to be trained on research and development, including operation of different equipment in the laboratory.
