Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior Application Laboratory Technologist to join our team at MAXIMUM SOLUTIONS CORPORATION.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and record incoming samples, ensuring accurate documentation and storage.
  • Safekeep, scan, and store documents received from incoming samples, maintaining a secure and organized environment.
  • Receive various material deliveries, excluding supplier samples, and ensure proper storage and inventory management.
  • Prepare and record samples requested by commercial teams, adhering to quality control standards.
  • Assist in preparing samples for the SPF test, ensuring compliance with laboratory protocols.
  • Check and record stability tests, maintaining accurate records and reporting any anomalies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ensure sufficient stocks of PPE, cleaning, and sanitizing supplies, promoting a safe working environment.
  • Support the Application Technologist during laboratory batch trials, providing assistance with equipment setup and sample preparation.
  • Assist Application Technologists in preparing equipment, tools, glassware, and raw materials used in prototyping, ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Wash and sanitize equipment, tools, and glassware after prototyping, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Properly store all raw materials used for prototypes, adhering to inventory management standards.
  • Assist the Application Technologist in the sensory evaluation of prototypes, providing support with data collection and analysis.
  • Assist commercial and Application technologists on preparations for seminars and innovation drives, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Provide general support to the Application Technologist and commercial team, addressing any requests or needs that arise.
  • Maintain calibration and maintenance records of all lab equipment, ensuring timely scheduling of calibration and preventive maintenance.
  • Assist in filling out technical documents required by customers, including questionnaires, technical data sheets, and safety data sheets.
