We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer to join our team. This is a remote position with a focus on seamless collaboration with back end engineers.

Job Overview

This role involves working with test automation engineers to ensure high-quality code, mentoring and training new junior developers, participating in code reviews and contributing to our continuous enhancement process.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop high-quality backend software using the Node.js ecosystem.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to our continuous improvement process.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in backend development.
  • Expert proficiency in TypeScript.
  • Advanced experience in Python, including popular frameworks like FastAPI, Flask, and Django.
  • Solid experience with RESTful API design. GraphQL is a plus.
  • Proficient in working with SQL and NoSQL databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system design.
  • Experience with Docker, microservices, and cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with asynchronous programming and event-driven systems.
