We analyze businesses through first-party data to support strategic marketing planning and diligence in M&A. We challenge traditional planning and measurement through testing and data science across the customer journey.
A Day In The Life
The Sr. Growth Analyst audits current and prospective clients' marketing programs and crafts integrated marketing plans across our channels, emphasizing social media (Facebook, TikTok) and Google Ads (SEM, GDN, YouTube).
You will collaborate with channel specialists to develop strategies used by account teams and to support us in acquiring new clients.
Key Responsibilities- Planning: determine the best budget allocation by channel, medium, environment, objective, and stage in the funnel.
- Coordinating: work with channel specialists to ensure channel-level strategies align with the overarching plan.
- Research and analysis: learn about the prospective client, their industry, vertical, similar clients and competitors, ideal customer profile, sentiment, etc.
- Forecasting and projections: collaborate with specialists to pressure test forecasts and ensure projections align with efficiency requirements and business objectives.
- 5+ years of cross-channel marketing program management experience.
- Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels.
- Experience with large sets of campaigns and/or clients ($100k+ spend per month per client).
- Competence in Google Ads, Facebook, and/or similar self-serve platforms.
- Familiarity with the larger marketing and media buying landscape.
- Familiarity with earned media channels.
- Familiarity with audience insight tools such as Global Web Index.
- Familiarity with Asana and Slack.
