Remote Social Media Content Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Remote Social Media Content Specialist to create engaging industry-specific content and develop effective social media strategies for a construction and multifamily real estate company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Write compelling content for LinkedIn and Instagram with a strong understanding of real estate/construction tone and audience preferences.
  • Design and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the team to align messaging with business objectives and goals.
  • Establish and maintain efficient systems for managing content and workflows.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and innovative content ideas that resonate with the target audience.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing LinkedIn and Instagram for real estate/construction audiences is required.
  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and original content.
  • Familiarity with the construction and/or multifamily housing industry is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of social media best practices, algorithms, and community engagement principles.
  • Experience using and customizing tools for content planning and management is essential.
  • Detailed-oriented, highly organized, and proactive individuals are ideal candidates for this role.
