Strategic Restaurant Account Manager

The key responsibility of this role is to develop and implement effective strategies for managing strategic restaurant accounts in Asia. This involves building relationships with clients, providing training and support, conducting business reviews, resolving issues, gathering feedback for product improvements, and devising account strategies.

  • Manage a list of research-identified restaurants and hotels within certain groups
  • Build customer profiles in our main CRM system
  • Create promotions using templates in our customer tool
  • Generate reports in reporting tools and send them directly to external customers
  • Conduct audits of customer accounts based on personal research
  • Ensure instructions are updated across various teams
  • Develop templates in various tools as per instructions

This is an administrative role requiring strong communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in administrative support, project management tools (Jira, Trello, Monday.com), and navigation apps (Apple/Google Maps). Adaptability and accountability are key.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience
  • Prior experience in quality assurance is a strong plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google suite
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
