In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting Firm Partners and offices by facilitating efficient and effective new business intake processes. Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless client onboarding experiences by reviewing client information, identifying potential conflicts of interest, and verifying compliance with Firm policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement best practices, improve departmental processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough research on prospective clients using online databases and public domain searches to identify high-risk findings and communicate them to NBI Management and the Risk and Compliance team.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, including Standard Terms of Engagement.
  • Provide exceptional support to Firm Partners and offices by facilitating efficient and effective new business intake processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and online research tools.
