The Field Sales Officer is a key member of our sales team in Olongapo. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling GHL products and services to merchants, performing fieldwork selling of POS terminals or credit/debit card devices, and meeting the monthly sales quota.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell GHL products and services to small and medium enterprises.
  • Perform fieldwork selling of POS terminals or credit/debit card devices to business owners/merchants.
  • Meet the monthly sales quota.
  • Provide initial fraud orientation to merchants.
  • Assist clients in coordinating concerns to GHL Head Office.
  • Be the first line of support for technical concerns about POS devices.
  • Travel within the territory assignment and nearby areas to perform fieldwork selling.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience is required for this position; merchant acquiring experience is an advantage.
  • Must be willing to perform fieldwork type of selling.
  • Above-average communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills for the purposes of closing deals.
  • Good networking skills and the ability to handle numerous clients and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and devise sales strategies.
  • Ability to explain product features and benefits in a way that stands out over competing brands and services.
  • Passionate about selling and finding ways to satisfy client/customers' needs.
  • Resilience and a willingness to deal with rejection.
  • Excellent organization and management capabilities, including being a team player.
