  • Provide timely and effective support to customers regarding account creation, access administration, and related issues.
  • Handle incident tickets efficiently, resolving 2nd and 3rd-level support requests for B2B portals in accordance with ITSM principles and KPIs.
  • Continuously monitor OEM and Supplier Portals, adhering to ITIL processes and Continental standards.
  • Develop work instructions, training materials, and deliver B2B trainings to internal colleagues.
  • Audit portals together with OEM partners, ensuring adherence to customer Terms of Agreement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Familiarity with ITSM, ITIL, and Lean Methodology principles.
  • OEM Portal knowledge and experience.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working on local and global projects.
