Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Custom Database Production Scheduler.

The Role Responsibilities
  • Ensure supplier capacity and commitment by detecting any potential gaps.
  • Responsible for material replenishment to guarantee timely stock availability at the right location.
  • Elevate Manufacturing Supply Risk Alerts to ensure prompt action is taken.
  • Provide administrative support and tasks for the production team, including stock taking transactions, ordering supplies, parts, and components.
  • Contribute to daily operations linked to production planning and support the team in achieving their goals.
  • Foster a clear focus on improving customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
  • Mandatory experience in SAP and BFO systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • High level of attention to detail, strong commitment to quality output.
  • Highly organized and systematic, with excellent time management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and willing to help and support colleagues.
