Privacy Compliance Specialist

About the Role:
The Privacy Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of DKSH Group's data privacy program. This includes developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base on data privacy, protection, and compliance, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to foster a culture of compliance and privacy by design.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base on data privacy, protection, and compliance;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a culture of compliance and privacy by design within the organization;
- Design and deliver training programs on compliance-related policies and processes;
- Identify and address data protection concerns and issues in a timely manner;
- Conduct research and analysis on data privacy and related topics to inform policy development;
- Assist in developing and reviewing policies and procedures related to data privacy;
- Produce high-quality knowledge products and educational materials on data privacy;
- Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and developments in data privacy;
- Manage documentation and records in accordance with established procedures;
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of personal, commercial, and technical data inventories;
- Ensure compliance with group-wide data privacy policies and procedures;
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate the implementation of compliance initiatives;
- Work collaboratively with the Country Compliance Manager to develop and implement internal compliance processes;
- Contribute to the performance of compliance risk assessments and monitoring activities;
- Prioritize local compliance requirements and allocate resources accordingly;
- Coordinateregulatory interactions and ensure timely responses to requests;
- Share best practices with fellow compliance officers;
- Support GRC projects as needed.
