Job Overview

This position is responsible for analyzing business systems to identify areas of improvement and implementing solutions to enhance customer experience across physical and digital channels.

  • Gain a deep understanding of loyalty and promotion applications in the market, including their capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses.
  • Understand how customers interact with loyalty and promo programs through various channels.
  • Develop a point of view on the ideal solutions to be applied based on current state and leading practices.
Responsibilities

The IT Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Communicating IT's point of view to the business on issues, challenges, and opportunities related to business systems.
  • Aligning the IT roadmap with the division/department's directions and priorities.
  • Translating prioritized roadmaps into service designs, including IT projects, program changes, service requests, and incident requests.
  • Managing IT service delivery to end customers, dealers, and business counterparts.
  • Applying structured problem-solving techniques to resolve system incidents.
  • Overseeing timely and quality delivery of system change requests and implementation projects.
  • Ensuring compliance with IT policies and addressing application layer IT security vulnerabilities.
  • Providing timely, clear, and accurate reporting of status, progress, and issues.
  • Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing responsibilities, and maintaining an organized way of executing roles and responsibilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing business-to-business transactions, including development and implementation of loyalty and promotions systems/applications.
  • Experience with SAP Loyalty & Promotions systems.
  • IT project management, implementation, and maintenance experience.
