About the Role

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate financial performance. This is an opportunity to drive growth by bringing order, transparency, and strategic value to the accounts receivable process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and distribute accurate customer invoices based on sales orders
  • Generate and issue credit notes in accordance with accounting policies
  • Record and reconcile incoming customer payments on a timely basis
  • Review client agreements and ensure billing schedules align with contract terms
  • Analyze financial reports to proactively address risks
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve client billing or payment issues
  • Prepare reports related to AR, collections, and invoicing for finance and leadership
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
  • Advanced experience in Netsuite and MS Excel
  • Experience in managing multi-currency, multi-entity, and consolidated financial reporting
  • Strong knowledge of revenue recognition best practices
  • Familiarity with internal controls frameworks and financial compliance standards
