We are seeking a talented Senior User Experience (UX) Designer to join our team.

Job Description:

As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating engaging and intuitive user interfaces that align with our brand values. Your primary objective will be to develop and maintain our Design System libraries, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest components, tokens, UX and UI patterns, and meticulously documented. This will enable seamless communication and collaboration between designers and engineers, facilitating the incorporation of our design components and patterns into their projects efficiently.

Additionally, you will be expected to create detailed documentation and straightforward guidelines, serving as a bridge between designers and engineers. Your expertise in refining user interfaces to align flawlessly with our brand will bring our high standards of user experience to life. Furthermore, you will elevate our design game by pushing for continuous improvement to achieve the pinnacle of usability and visual appeal.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Design and maintain our Design System libraries, ensuring consistency and efficiency across our platform.
  • Develop detailed documentation and guidelines to facilitate communication between designers and engineers.
  • Refine user interfaces to align with our brand, achieving exceptional user experiences.
  • Elevate our design game through continuous improvement, focusing on usability and visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to create innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your best work.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of design systems, including the ability to improve and expand existing systems.
  • Expertise in prototyping, using tools like InVision, Marvel, or Figma.
  • Excellent documentation skills, with the ability to create clear and concise guidelines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working with developers and product managers.
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering flawless design solutions.
