UX Project Coordinator Opportunity

We provide on-demand UX services to SaaS companies of varying sizes. Currently, we are seeking a skilled UX Coordinator who can assist us in coordinating UX tasks both internally and with clients.

  • Communicate UX tasks internally and with clients
  • Convert project discussions into relevant tasks
  • Keep clients updated on task progress and blockers
  • Communicate task schedules to assignees
  • Create and assign ClickUp tasks to team members
  • Review design requirements and ensure approval from the design lead
  • Coordinate internal and client Figma files, ensuring approved designs are updated in client files
  • Help deliver designs to clients (usually via Loom or sometimes by phone)

You are a good fit if:

  • 0-2 Years of experience managing or coordinating web or mobile projects
  • A general understanding of UI/UX Design and software development processes
  • You are an effective communicator
  • You can utilize Figma (managing files, pages, layers, accounts)
  • You are proactive in improving existing processes
  • You are proficient in using ClickUp
  • You possess strong problem-solving skills
  • You have a keen eye for detail

A plus if:

  • You are an expert in ClickUp and Figma
  • You have experience managing or coordinating UI/UX projects
