About the Role

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting. As a Financial Reporting Coordinator, you will be responsible for portfolio operations, providing timely and accurate resolutions, and working closely with product management, operations, and other internal stakeholders. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

The main responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintaining accurate financial reports and statements
  • Providing graphs and charts to management on an ongoing basis, which may include portfolio performance metrics such as sales, revenue, and loss calculations
  • Strong proficiency in billing and vendor management, including managing PO against budget and managing invoices for payment
  • Supporting updates to financial data and status in various operating systems in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Two years' experience in financial reporting and analysis required
  • A high school diploma with a minimum of three years prior experience in commercial lending or a similar industry
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills interacting with teammates and all levels of management
  • Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated capability in problem-solving
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, manage complex queries, and work within tight deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Favorable qualifications include:

  • Experience in equipment finance or commercial working capital or banking industry
  • Certified in SAP
  • Proficient with Fiserv, Oracle, and Salesforce
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at once
