The Treasury Assistant will play a critical role in supporting our financial operations at Taylormade Construction and Realty Corp. Key job functions include:

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cash Management: Prepare cash/check deposits for various purposes, including PDCs, HOA fees, retainer fees, salary loans, and communication expenses.
  • Financial Analysis: Assist in preparing monthly PDC plots for cash positions on a daily basis.
  • Accounts Payable Processing: Check and tag utility payments for all sites within QuickBooks.
  • Petty Cash Oversight: Review and release petty cash vouchers requests from various departments on a daily basis.
  • Check Verification: Regularly monitor bounced and held checks for PDCs and HOA fees.
  • Bank Statement Updates: Update bank summaries on a daily basis.
  • Disbursement Coordination: Release checks for suppliers, brokers, and agents on designated days.
  • Administrative Assistance: Collaborate with the Treasury Manager on administrative and treasury tasks as needed.
  • Schedule Management: Manage driver and vehicle schedules, as well as other important events.
  • Office Supply Distribution: Monitor and release office supplies to departments on a monthly basis.
  • Government Benefits Preparation: Prepare government benefits, such as SSS, Pagibig, and Philhealth, on a monthly basis.
