Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to take on a pivotal role in our marketing department. As a key member, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to amplify brand visibility, drive client acquisition, and support the growth of our event-driven business model.

You will oversee the coordination of marketing team activities, including content writers, social media managers, and graphic designers, to ensure all efforts align with our marketing objectives. Responsibilities include supporting the creation, distribution, and optimization of content across multiple platforms, implementing digital marketing initiatives, managing social media accounts, and monitoring website and campaign performance.

You will work closely with SEO specialists to enhance visibility, traffic, and conversion rates for our event pages.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in event-driven or B2B settings
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive client acquisition
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tactics, including paid advertising, SEO, social media, and email marketing
  • Hands-on experience in content creation and distribution
  • Analytical skills to monitor and optimize marketing KPIs using tools like Google Analytics
  • Up-to-date with marketing trends and digital tools
