Job Summary

Data Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to play a key role in driving informed decision-making across our organization. This position is responsible for extracting, auditing, analyzing, and reporting data from multiple internal systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyze clinical metrics to support care planning, utilization review, and performance monitoring.
  • Track long-term outcome data and engagement trends for former clients.
  • Provide insight into lead conversion trends, source effectiveness, and opportunities for process improvement.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your analytical skills to identify missing data elements, coordinate resolution with appropriate staff or departments, and automate manual reporting processes.

Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics or systems analysis, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and EMR/CRM data extraction.
