Lead Frontend Developer Job Description

As a lead frontend developer, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of our software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Lead and contribute to technical coding efforts, ensuring quality, stability, and readability of code.
  • Feasibility and Estimation: Provide technical feasibility and time estimations for tasks, ensuring timely completion and meeting project deadlines.
  • Mentorship and Onboarding: Mentor colleagues and lead the onboarding process, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Role-Modeling and Coaching: Serve as a role-model and coach for peers, promoting continuous learning and improvement through knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Development Team Direction: Direct development teams in software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, and debugging.
  • Technical Skills Improvement: Improve or maintain technical skills and architect solutions for new features or identify project problems.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Two years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in modern web development using Next.js and component libraries.
  • Language Skills: Proficient English written and oral skills, with ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Responsibility and Ownership: Demonstrate responsibility and ownership, with ability to make technical decisions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate and work in cross-functional teams, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled in understanding complex problems and developing maintainable software solutions.
