**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Data Management Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of analysts to achieve high customer satisfaction. This role involves delivering data services, ensuring adherence to individual processes, and monitoring them closely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting and Data Quality: Ensure timely weekly and monthly DQA reports to improve supply chain information accessibility for customers.
  • Lead efforts to close gaps in missing events or milestones for DG customers.
  • Abstract shipment data from systems to identify missing or inaccurate information.
  • Clarify and follow up on data discrepancies with concerned parties.
  • Reconcile issues internally and externally.

Contract Management and Business Requirements:

  • Review contracts/agreements and work with Logistics Analysts to renew them if necessary.
  • Participate in business requirements gathering and solution design discussions for report migration activities.
  • Gather business requirements and document current business processes for reporting requests.

Report Development and Quality Assurance:

  • Build and update legacy reports according to current requirements.
  • Conduct quality checks on developed reports.
  • Develop test cases to verify report functionality.
  • Provide support and drive the resolution of report issues.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary education required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar industry, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
  • Customer-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Possesses data analytical skills and logical thinking.
  • Attention to detail and result-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow procedures.
  • Background in freight forwarding, consolidation, and logistics is preferred.
