Senior AI Full-Stack Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development of full-scale applications using cutting-edge AI tools. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Python (Flask) and React, with a strong focus on building and deploying production-grade code.

The Role
  • Ship high-quality, reliable code that meets our rigorous standards.
  • Support sprint milestones by developing, optimizing, and maintaining platform features.
  • Integrate with backend task orchestration using Celery and AI-driven workflows using Crew AI.
  • Work independently, collaborating with the team lead and broader product team as needed.

This is a hands-on IC role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, can hit the ground running, and prioritizes velocity without compromising code quality.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of full-stack experience with solid production experience in Python (Flask), React, and familiarity with Celery for async task management.
  • Bonus skills include experience with Crew AI or similar AI orchestration tools, familiarity with Numpy or other scientific Python packages, understanding of advertising, compliance, or regulated platforms, and experience in high-trust, fast-delivery consulting or startup environments.
