Job Title: Engineering Specialist - AI Trainer

We are seeking an experienced engineering professional to join our team as an AI trainer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, civil, electrical, aerospace, chemical, software, industrial, systems, structural, and materials science.

This role involves working closely with our large-scale language models to provide high-quality training data. The successful candidate will be responsible for conversing with the model on real-world engineering scenarios, verifying factual accuracy and logical soundness, capturing reproducible error traces, suggesting improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics, and documenting every failure mode to harden model reasoning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A master's or PhD in engineering or a closely related field
  • Peer-reviewed publications, industry experience, or hands-on engineering projects
  • Clear, metacognitive communication - showing your work is essential
Benefits:
