Job Purpose

As a strategic marketing professional, you will develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring a positive client experience and maximizing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  2. Formulate and execute email, SMS, and retention marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.
  3. Communicate insights and reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.
  4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Work closely with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
  6. Collaborate with the Activations team to ensure strategy alignment and clear instructions.
  7. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients.
  8. Share industry insights with marketing teams to position the company as a thought leader.

Key Outcomes & Accountabilities:

  1. Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies that meet client objectives.
  2. Account Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands and ensure timely delivery of results.
  3. Client Understanding: Develop deep understanding of client needs and translate into actionable marketing strategies.
  4. Performance Tracking: Analyze data to optimize campaign performance and improve client outcomes.
  5. Client Communication: Share insights and plan for development to ensure client satisfaction.
  6. Team Alignment: Ensure the Activations team is aligned with overall strategy and working effectively together.
  7. Service Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to increase revenue.
  8. Thought Leadership: Provide industry insights to enhance reputation and establish the company as a thought leader.
  9. Adherence to EU timezone requirements.
